All of the hardwoods we use are F.S.C. (Forest Stewardship Council) certified, thus verifying that the wood comes from forests that are sustainably managed. Currently in the United States we are growing twice as much hardwood materials as we are harvesting for use in construction. You can feel confident that the flooring you purchase will not adversely effect the environment nor deplete the natural resources.
